Summit Fiscal Agency was founded as an agency that focuses exclusively on the unique and specialized needs of Fiscal Support Entity, Vendor Fiscal/Employer Agent, Agency With Choice and Fiscal Conduit services. The services Summit offers began as a part of Pinnacle Services our affiliated organization. As these services developed and our team expanded, it became clear that we should separate the two organizations.

Pinnacle Services continues its mission to provide personalized services such as Flexible Case Management, In-Home Support, Supported Living Services, Respite Care, Supported Employment, Independent Living Skills, Semi-Independent Living Services, and Corporate Foster Care. Summit's focus is as an ISO; Intermediary Services Organization.

As such our expertise is in the fields of accounting, finance and human resources as they relate to human services. We have spent considerable time in the area of family support and self-determination training and continue to strive to keep at the forefront of these services.
Summit Fiscal Agency acts as a monetary bridge between the Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) program and the person receiving services, in order to channel funds directly to community services and supports the person authorizes. Our services are designed to promote administrative independence, to the level desired, through established cost-effective, self-directed systems.
