Fiscal Summit Agency Summit Fiscal Agency, Inc. is an affiliated company of Pinnacle Services, Inc. Summit Fiscal Agency is designated for Fiscal Support Entity (FSE) activities. FSE activities are conducted for consumer directed programs such as Consumer Directed Community Support (CDCS) services, Personal Support, Consumer Support Grant (CSG) and the like. These services are highly unique services - consumers and their families direct and administrate Waiver funds through Summit Fiscal Agency. This allows them to hire staff of their choosing and purchase goods and services typically not allowable through Medical Assistance. The staff of Summit Fiscal Agency is deeply committed to the principles of Self-Determination and to the implementation of consumer directed programs. Summit Fiscal Agency's Fiscal Support Entity's (FSE) service delivery reflects the integrity we believe to be essential to support consumers' self-determination. We provide financial and technical support without influencing choices as families design supports.
