At Summit Fiscal Agency, we provide financial and technical support without influencing choices as families design customized supports.
Pinnacle Services and Summit Fiscal Agency have the benefit of shared administrative team with years of experience and knowledge to draw on. This team includes over 30 culturally and professionally diverse staff with training in social work, psychology, special education, counseling, nursing, program management, financial management, and documentation management. We employ talented professionals who have completed rigorous training which meets or exceed the requirements of the Department of Human Services, the Minnesota Department of Health, and of industry standards.
Summit Fiscal Agency demonstrates its fiscal and professional responsibility not only in the agency’s statement of ethically guidelines and standards but in how we conduct business every day. There have been no complaints filed with or by professional and/or state or federal licensing/regulatory organizations against our agency or any of our employees relating to the provision of services.
Customer Service that is courteous, efficient and knowledgeable is an integral part of our practices. Summit Fiscal Agency’s standard customer service hours are 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time. If a member of the team is out of the office, they will leave an alternative contact available for customers to contact in their absence.
All members of the Summit Fiscal Agency team have voicemail and individual email addresses to receive messages during and outside of normal business hours. All phone calls and emails are returned within the same business day or within 24 hours. The Summit Fiscal Agency Coordinators have cell phones, in addition to direct dial office lines to ease communication. We also offer a toll free number for use outside of our local calling area: 1-866-366-2787.
